5.  Insecurity. Men who can’t stop talking about sex on the first date. Hinting at his prowess at every opportunity. Forget it, buddy, the more you yack the more insecure I know you are, and the more likely you’re not looking for a long-term mate. Some guys are even worse, bragging not on the first date, but the first chat/email.

6. Same thing if he gets very grabby. Not only is it rude, but definitely signaling he’s not long-term oriented.

7. “My ex’s last will and testament says…” If he over-shares his ex’s private information (her preferred positions, the name of her banking institute, details of her cancer treatment, etc.), one day he could do the same to you. It also shows a basic lack of respect for others that'll likely show up in other ways even during any relationship he has.

8. The epic escapes of past girlfriends. If a guy tells you he has a history of women finding very creative and extreme means of leaving him. Maybe he was doing something that forced them to act that way.
